歡迎使用由智泰科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱「我們」）所開發的 AI健康檢測儀（以下簡稱「本產品」，包含檢測儀器、行動應用程式 App 及雲端服務系統）。我們極為重視您的個人隱私與健康資訊安全。Welcome to use the AI Health Detector (hereinafter referred to as "the Product", including the detection device, mobile application/App, and cloud service system) developed by 3DFAMILY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Personal Basic Data (Actively provided by users on the registration screen)

• 帳戶基本資訊 (Account Information)：帳號 (Username)、密碼 (Password)。
• 身分識別與聯絡資料 (Identification and Contact Information)：名字 (Name)、電子郵件地址 (Email)、電話 (Phone)。
• 個人生理特徵基礎 (Basic Physiological Parameters)：生日 (Birthday，用作 AI 評估年齡健康常模之基準 / used as a baseline for AI to evaluate age-based health norms)。
• 居住地址資訊 (Address)：國家/地區 (Country)、州/省/縣市 (State / County)、鄉鎮市區 (District)、郵遞區號 (Zip code)、詳細地址 (Street)。

2. 生理檢測數據與系統資料（產品自動收集或量測）
Health Metrics and System Data (Automatically collected or measured by the Product)

• 健康生理訊號與影像 (Health Signals and Images)：由 AI 健康檢測儀硬體量測並傳輸之生理數據、健康指標、以及 AI 模型分析所需之特徵影像。Physiological data, health indicators, and feature images required for AI model analysis measured and transmitted by the AI Health Detector hardware.
• 技術與日誌資料 (Technical and Log Data)：網際網路協定 (IP) 位址、裝置唯一識別碼 (UDID)、作業系統版本、檢測時間及 App 操作紀錄。Internet Protocol (IP) address, Unique Device Identifier (UDID), operating system version, timestamps of detection, and App operation logs.

二、資料的使用目的與法律依據 / 2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Use

我們收集與處理您的資料，皆符合適用之個人資料保護相關法令之特定目的： We collect and process your data in compliance with the specific purposes stipulated under applicable personal data protection laws and relevant regulations:

• 提供 AI 健康數據分析 (Providing AI Health Data Analysis)：透過 AI 演算模型解讀您的生理訊號，生成可視化的健康趨勢圖表與日常保健建議。To interpret your physiological signals through AI algorithm models, generating visualized health trend charts and daily wellness suggestions.
• 產品優化與機器學習 (Product Optimization and Machine Learning)：在「去識別化」（即無法辨識個人身分）的前提下，將數據用於訓練與優化 AI 演算法，提升檢測精準度。To train and optimize AI algorithms to improve accuracy under the condition of "de-identification" (where specific individuals cannot be identified).
• 客戶服務與系統維護 (Customer Service and System Maintenance)：處理您的帳戶問題、產品故障排除，並發送重要的系統安全性更新通知。To handle account inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and send critical system security update notifications.

• 邊緣運算技術 (Edge Computing Technology)：部分敏感影像或訊號將在您本地的檢測儀或行動裝置端即時處理完成，降低雲端傳輸風險。Certain sensitive images or signals are processed locally on your detector or mobile device to minimize risks associated with cloud transmission.
• 嚴格存取權限 (Strict Access Control)：我們限制內部員工對個人健康資料的存取權，僅限有必要履行職務之授權人員，在簽署保密協議後方可存取。We restrict access to personal health data to authorized personnel who need it to fulfill their duties and have signed confidentiality agreements.

• 去識別化研究 (De-identified Research)：我們可能會提供「完全無法逆向識別特定個人」的統計大數據，提供給學術機構或合作夥伴作為公共衛生或醫學研究之用。We may provide statistical big data that "completely cannot reverse-identify specific individuals" to academic institutions or partners for public health or medical research.

五、您的個資權利與帳號刪除流程 / 5. Your Data Rights and Account Deletion Process

• 查詢、閱覽或製給複製本 (Access and Copy)：您隨時可以透過 App 檢視過去所有的健康檢測報告與個人檔案。You may view past health detection reports and your personal profile through the App at any time.
• 補充或更正 (Correction and Rectification)：若發現基本資料有誤，您可隨時於帳戶設定中進行修改。If you find any errors in your basic profile, you can update them at any time in the account settings.
• 要求停止收集、處理、利用或刪除資料 (Erasure and Cessation of Processing)：您有權隨時向我們申請註銷帳號並刪除您過往的所有健康數據。You have the right to apply to us to terminate your account and delete all your historical health data at any time.
• 刪除路徑 (Deletion Path)：您可以透過 App 內設定提交申請；或直接發送電子郵件至客服信箱進行辦理。You can submit a request through the settings within the App or contact us directly via our customer service email.

一旦帳號刪除完成，您在雲端伺服器上的所有個人健康歷史紀錄將被永久且不可逆地銷毀。Once account deletion is complete, all your personal health history records on the cloud server will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed.

六、政策的變更與修訂 / 6. Changes and Amendments to This Policy

我們可能會隨時因應技術發展、法律法規調整或產品功能變更，不定期修訂本隱私權政策。當政策有重大變更時，我們將透過以下方式通知您：We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to technological developments, changes in laws and regulations, or updates to product features. When major changes occur, we will notify you through the following means:
